When people think of Cascadians or Pacific Northwesterners they think of good folks with grit, resiliency who are ready for adventure at any moment. CascadiaFIT sessions help build you into a strong, confident, capable human on land and on the water. Each session incorporates challenging and fun body weight exercises onboard to serve as the perfect supplement to your optimal fitness program. We will explore concepts of balance, core strength, flexibility, agility, accuracy, and fluidity to develop each paddler into a healthy beast. In CascadiaFIT, we follow the seasons and find our fitness adventure the way nature intended.
