By far our most popular program, PaddleFIT: Intro to SUP Fitness is a one hour on-water workout that'll get your heart pumping. Each session incorporates challenging and fun body weight exercises onboard to serve as the perfect supplement to your optimal fitness program. We will explore concepts of balance, core strength, flexibility, agility, accuracy, and fluidity to develop each paddler into a healthy beast.
